My name is Whitney Kregar and I am the founder of Overflow Cooperative. I wear many hats, including wife to my amazing husband Luke, mother of two girls, sweet Ember Grace (2 yr) and Haven Rain who we welcomed in August, oil educator with Young Living Essential Oils, and most importantly, daughter of the King.

​

You can usually find me cooking delicious yet nutritious food, decorating my home with flea market finds and spending time with those I love, preferably through travel and adventures.

​

I am passionate about a few things in particular which lead me to this place.

​

1. People: From the day I was born I have loved people, just ask my mom. As messy and hard as relationships can be, they are the most important thing to me. I love connecting to others, learning from them, encouraging them, and living life with them. I believe we are meant to live in deep community, daily together.

​

2. Holistic health: As a lover of Jesus I believe we are called to live life abundantly, which means that in all aspects of life, good things overflow to bless the lives of others. This fullness is for the purpose of serving others well. For abundance to exist we must live a healthy and holistic life: spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and relationally. Each aspect impacts the others and contributes to completeness.

So, what exactly is Overflow Cooperative? In January of 2016 I started my business with Young Living. In May of the same year I graduated with a Masters degree in Family Ministry. Since then I have sought to meld the two into a career, a pursuit, a daily purpose and focus for helping others to live life to overflowing.

 

The definition of cooperative is “acting together for a common purpose or goal.” Synonyms include collaborative, collective, and community.

A collaborative, community, cooperating toward the common purpose of full, healthy living that overflows in service for the lives of others to ultimately make the world a better place. 
That is my prayer for what Overflow Cooperative will become. It was once an idea, now it is a beginning and opportunity that I would like to invite you into.

​

I will share ideas, oils, testimonies, recipes, nutritional tips, challenges, resources, encouragement, and so much more. But I ask that you will share your ideas, gifts, talents, and insight as well.

We are better together and I am honored to have you join this community.
